Who we are

Collective Futures is an equity-centered consulting practice partnering with nonprofits, foundations, and public-sector organizations to listen deeply, learn collectively, and move toward action. Our work spans community engagement, qualitative research, program design, evaluation, and strategic planning, helping organizations navigate complexity with clarity and care.

Our approach is intentionally human: we meet people where they are, integrate grounding practices, attend to pace and capacity, and model rest, care, and presence—creating conditions where people can think clearly, speak honestly, and imagine what’s possible together.

Collective Futures operates as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), with all consultants named as partners. This structure reflects our commitment to shared leadership and employee ownership, allowing us to practice the equity, collaboration, and accountability we invite in our client work as we grow and evolve.
